Kazakhstan Today - Plane An-124 landed at 09.20 Astana time at Baikonur air station Yubileiny, which delivered the American telecommunication satellite ProtoStar-2 and auxiliary equipment to the cosmodrome, the agency reports citing Roscosmos the press service.
According to the press service, after customs procedures the satellite will be transported to the platform 92А-50, where it will be prepared for launch in the assembly testing body.
The space rocket Proton-M with the booster block Breeze-M and American telecommunication space vehicle ProtoStar-2 is planned to be launched in the middle of May, 2009.
