Nazarbayev designated a number of directions for employment of Kazakhstan citizens

Astana. March 6. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during the annual address to the people of Kazakhstan has designated a number of directions for employment of Kazakhstan citizens, the agency reports.

"First, it is reconstruction and modernization of municipal networks ... I assign the government along with akims to define the necessary expenses for these purposes, to provide not only financing of the works, but also the control over the use of each tenge allocated from the budget," N. Nazarbayev said.

"Secondly, this is construction, reconstruction, repair of highways of local value, as well as modernization of the social infrastructure, first of all schools and hospitals.

"Thirdly, these are the objects of local value in each settlement. It can be gardening, repair of roads, clubs or other objects under the discretion of the local authorities. Target transfers will be allocated for these purposes," the head of the state emphasized.

"Fourthly, this is creation of work places and organization of internships," the President informed.
