Second list of cities with exhausted natural resources published in China

March 6. Kazakhstan Today - China has published the second list of cities with the exhausted natural resources. The State Committee for Development and Reforms of the Peoples Republic of China informed on March, 5th, the agency reports citing Xinhua.
According to Xinhua, creation of such a list is aimed at assistance to long-term development of the cities, depending on natural resources and coordination of development of the regional economy. The list includes 32 cities: 9 cities of the constituency level, 17 cities of the district level and 6 regions of the city. These cities will receive financial support from the central budget.
The first similar list was made public last year, which included 12 cities.
