Astana. March 2. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Schkolnik, today after the selector government meeting stated Kazakhstan - the only country in the world importing automobiles not corresponding to the norms and rules of the state standard, the agency reports.

"Automobiles older than 7 years are not allowed for exploitation in Europe. They cost nothing there. They even pay money to recycle them. Our people buy the automobiles, which cost nothing, for 3, 4, 5 thousand dollars. People are being deceived and the environment is being polluted. All the countries in the world have forbidden such import. We are the only country with the open gate," the Minister emphasized.

"Others pay money to recycle these cars. We, the whole country, pay money to transform the country into a dump," he said.
