Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed two laws, the agency reports citing the president's press service.
According to the press service, N. Nazarbayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Ratification of the Long-Term Contract of Good Neighborhood, Friendship and Cooperation of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ratification of the optional protocol to the International Pact on Civil and Political Rights was signed.
