Kazakhstan Today - The Speaker of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev, at the plenary chamber today informed the deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan will go to the regions on February 9th for 10 days to explain the population the anti-crisis president's policy, the agency reports.
"The deputies during the meetings with the public, the members of maslikhats and young people will talk about the measures undertaken by the government aimed at stabilization of the economy of Kazakhstan as well as the laws passed by the Parliament," he said.
"You should check how the local executive bodies are implementing the goals set by the head of the state," the Speaker said, referring to the Senate deputies.
