Kazakhstan Today - The new members of the Board of Directors of JSC Kazpochta have been elected by the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, the agency reports citing the press service of Kazpochta.
"According to the decision, the Managing Director (a member of the board) of JSC Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, Kanatbek Safinov, has been elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Kazpochta," the message states.
According to the press service, Independent Director, Nigel Stapleton, and Durmagambetov Yerlan Dmitrievich, vice chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Information and Communications (the representative of the authorized body) have been elected to the structure of the Board of Directors of JSC Kazpochta.
The Independent Director, Tarien Kalle, and the chairman of the board of JSC Kazpochta, Dauren Moldagaliev, have been elected to the structure of the Board of Directors.
