Kazakhstan, Jordan to sign joint plan of cooperation in energy and mineral resources spheres

Astana. January 29. Kazakhstan Today - The Kazakhstan - Jordanian intergovernmental commission for trade and economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation plans to sign the joint plan of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Hashemite Jordanian Kingdom in the sphere of power and mineral resources, the agency reports citing the press service of Agricultural Ministry of Kazakhstan.

"Kazakhstan and Jordan will sign the joint plan of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Hashemite Jordanian Kingdom in the sphere of power and mineral resources on January, 29th, 2009, the press service informs.

According to the press service, the session has been taking place on January 28-30th, 2009 in Amman (the Hashemite Jordanian Kingdom). The co-chairman of the Kazakhstan side of the commission is the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akylbek Kurishbayev.

According to the agenda of the commission, the sessions' participants will discuss the questions in the field of trade and economic and investment cooperation, agriculture, tourism and sports, education and science, public health services, power, culture, and customs.
