Count Committee recommends government to accept unified strategic plan for development of culture

Kazakhstan Today - The Сount Committee recommends the government to accept the unified strategic plan for development of culture on the basis of branch programs, the agency reports citing the press service of Count Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
According to the press service, in 2006 - 2008 the resources of the republican budget, allocated to the Ministry of Culture and Information for development of objects of culture, safety of cultural heritage, cultural events, were used with infringements of the budgetary legislation for a total sum of 1.7 billion KZT, including inefficient use - 314.1 million KZT, non-purposeful use - 1.1 billion KZT, unreasonable expenditures - 142.1 million KZT, and other infringements - 131 million KZT.
