December 5. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Health of Kazakhstan, Zhaksylyk Doskaliev, introduced the new Vice Ministers and the Responsible Secretary of Health Ministry, the agency reports.
"Bolat Sadykov has been appointed for the post of Responsible Secretary by the decree of the head of the state. According to the law, he has the status of the First Vice Minister of Health and in my absence will have the minister's powers," Doskaliev said.
Yelzhan Bertanov has been appointed Vice Minister of Health. "He will supervise the strategy of public health services for long-term and short-term prospects, financial issues, and other areas," Health Minister said.
"Tamara Voshchenkova has been appointed Vice Minister and will supervise the areas connected with quality assurance and medical department," Z. Doskaliev informed.
