Astana. November 20. Kazakhstan Today - Nur Otan Party's public council on combating corruption offers to implement anti-corruption expertise of laws in the parliament of Kazakhstan. The chairman of the council Oralbay Abdykarimov said on Wednesday, agency reports with reference to Khabar agency.

"At recently held anti-corruption forum the president commissioned to conduct expertise of the Kazakhstani legislation in order "to exclude niches" for such kind of crimes," Khabar agency informs.

According to O. Abdykarimov, "the rate of corruption in the republic grew by 2.3 % in the third quarter of 2008."

The law enforcement bodies, healthcare, education bodies and akimats of all levels are recognized as the most corrupt spheres according to the head of the public council.
