Government plans to lower export duties on black oil and crude oil - Mynbayev

"Vladimir Sergeevich Scholnik, the Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, introduced the project on decrease of duty on black oil for consideration of the department. Export duty on black oil is planned to be lowered from $130 up to $95," S. Mynbayev informed.
"We and the Ministry of Industry have signed this project. It is now in the Ministry of Economics, in the Ministry of Finance and Justice Ministry," he specified.
"We also plan to decrease duty on crude oil from $210 up to $139 for a ton," the Minister said.
