October 28. Kazakhstan Today - Signing of the final agreements on the Kashagan project is planned for October 31. The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan, Sauat Mynbayev, informed today in the interview to journalists, the agency reports.
"We have coordinated all the questions and we hope in the end of the week to sign the agreements," S. Mynbayev said.
