Kazakhstan Today - The first session of the Board of Directors of JSC Company Fund of National Welfare Samruk - Kazyna took place today under the presidency of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov. The session participants elected vice chairman of the board of National Welfare Samruk - Kazyna, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.
"Timur Kulibaev and Armand Dunayev have been elected vice chairmen of the board of JSC Company Samruk - Kazyna by the decision of the Board of Directors," the press service informs.
According to the press service, during the session the questions of organization of activity of the holding created on behalf of the leader of the state have been discussed.
