Almaty akim elected chairman of Almaty branch of Nur Otan Party

Almaty. October 17. Kazakhstan Today - Almaty akim, Ahmetzhan Esimov, has been elected chairman of Almaty branch of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan, the agency reports referring to the press service of the city akim.

According to the press service, Almaty akim, Ahmetzhan Esimov, was elected chairman of Almaty branch of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan at VIII extraordinary city party conference of Almaty city branch of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan on Thursday and Tokmuhamed Sadykov was elected vice chairman. "Members of control and revision committee and political council of Almaty city branch of Nur Otan Party were elected as well," the press release informs.

A. Esimov noted the necessity of use of opportunities of the party to solve the citizens' problems. "He drew attention of the conference participants to the assignment of the leader of the state concerning support of objects of social sphere and infrastructure in conditions of world financial crisis," the press service informs.

According to the press service, "the conference participants discussed the results of the work of the party organization for the accounting period and formulated objectives of the city party organization to further improve ideological, political and organizational-party work."
