Minister of Finance introduced new chairman of Department of Tax Committee and chairman of Audit Committee

Astana. October 2. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Bolat Zhamishev, introduced the new chairman of the Department of Tax Committee and chairman of Financial Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to the press service of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, B. Zhamishev read the staff of the Department the order on appointment of Kayrat Nurpeisov as Vice Minister of Finance, who earlier held the post of akim of Pavlodar oblast.

The Minister of Finance introduced the new chairman of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance, ex-vice Minister of Finance, Daulet Ergozhin, and chairman of Financial Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance - ex-Senate deputy, Musiraly Utebaev.

As it was informed earlier, K. Nurpeisov worked as akim of Pavlodar oblast for the last five years. In 2003 he was akim of Pavlodar. Earlier, in 1999 - 2002, K. Nurpeisov held the post of Vice Minister of State Revenues of Kazakhstan.

D. Ergozhin occupied the post of Vice Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan since January, 2007. He earlier held the post of chief of the department working with the largest subsoil users of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, adviser of vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Assistant General Director for Economy and Finance of JSC Company KazMunaiGas, Associate Director of Department of Northern-Caspian Project of the National Company KazMunaiGas.

M. Utebayev earlier worked as chairman of Accounts Committee for control over execution of the republican budget. Earlier he held the post of the first vice chairman of Foreign Investments Agency, the adviser of Kazakhstan President, and chairman of Department of Economic Policy of the president's administration. He was awarded Medal of Honor.
