Kazakhstan Today - Following the results of the tenders of the shares at the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on September 15, 2008 KASE index decreased by 18.82 items (1.1 %) - from 1709.72 to 1690.90, the agency reports.
According to the stock exchange, the first transaction of the day registered the value of the index at the level of 1706.80. During the tenders maximum value of the index made 1774.03 and minimum - 1669.92.
"Volume of transactions of shares included in the representation index list, on September 15 in comparison with the last trading day in tenge equivalent has increased by 15.1 times and has made 1162.9 million KZT, or $9732.1 thousand," the stock exchange informs.
