Ministry of Labor prepared special project on increase of efficiency of employment of population

Astana. August 22. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan prepared the project Nurly kosh directed at increase of efficiency of employment of the population. The Minister of Labor, Berdibek Saparbayev, informed during the International labor forum taken place in Rudny, Kostanay oblast, the agency reports.

"On behalf of the President of the country, the Ministry of Labor prepared the project Nurly kosh," B. Saparbayev said.

"According to the project labor attracted within the limits of internal and external migration, will be formed around cities-leaders and main cities, rural settlements with high and medium potential of development, and frontier settlements."

As the minister has noted, now one of the serious problems is inefficient employment of the population and low mobility of labor. "From the beginning of 90th part of the population in industry has decreased by 11 %, in agriculture has increased by 9 % and has exceeded by present time 30 %.
