Industry Minister suggests using property of social-enterprise corporations as mortgage for crediting of joint with small business projects

Astana. August 19. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Shkolnik, suggests using property of social-enterprise corporations for crediting of joint with small business projects. He informed on the proposal during the selector government meeting on Monday, the agency reports.

The Minister of Industry and Commerce considers that it would be possible to consider a possibility of lifting restrictions on state financial support of small business engaged in trading-intermediary activity in short-term prospect."

"The exemption prepared by the ministry to item 2 of article 19 of the Laws on Private Business of will be introduced in case of approval of the proposal.

The Minister of Industry and Commerce suggests solving the problem of refinancing of earlier given loans (due to the means allocated for support of small and medium business from the budget in processing and agricultural branches. "One more proposal - to allow crediting of not only small, but also medium business," he continued.
