Prime Minister of Russian Federation highly estimated dynamics of economic partnership between Kazakhstan and Russia

Astana. August 8. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has highly estimated dynamics of economic partnership between Kazakhstan and Russia today during the meeting with the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, in Beijing, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.

"Last year mutual commodity turnover reached $16 billion. Nevertheless in 2008 volume of mutual trade has grown by almost 30 %. It shows that our countries have excellent prospects of further development of economic cooperation," V. Putin said.

The President of Kazakhstan with his spouse took part in a formal reception in the building of Chinese Assembly of National Representatives. Organizers of Olympic Games inform that more than 80 leaders of states and governments arrived in Beijing.

"Tonight, Nursultan Nazarbayev with his spouse will take part in the solemn ceremony of opening of Beijing Olympiad," the message informs.
