Astana akimat to solve problems of shared construction - Masimov

July 28. Kazakhstan Today - Astana akimat is expected to solve all problems in the sphere of shared construction. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, charged akim of Astana during the meeting with participants of shared construction on Saturday, the agency reports.
As it was informed earlier, 107 billion KZT has been allocated to Astana for support of financial organizations and construction companies, including 48.8 billion KZT through JSC Company Kazyna and 41 billion KZT for purchase of apartments and 17.2 billion KZT for completion of problem objects.
JSC Company Kazyna credited 34 objects of shared construction with participation of 10 thousand 943 equity share holders for the total sum of 31.7 billion KZT. Construction of 20 objects will be completed by the end of 2008 of such companies as Open Company BI Group, JSC Company Kuat Corporation, Open Company Leya, Open Company Romul and others, including 8 thousand 77 participants of shared construction. 31.6 billion KZT is required for completion of construction of these objects.
