Kazakhstan Today - Following the results of the tenders of the shares at the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on July 25, 2008 KASE index decreased by 3.32 items (0.1 %) - from 2354.16 up to 2350.84, the agency reports.
According to the stock exchange, the first transaction of the day registered the value of the index at the level of 2354.16. During the tenders maximum value of the index made 2362.69 and minimum - 2339.90.
"Volume of transactions of shares included in the representation index list, on July 25 in comparison with the last trading day in tenge equivalent has decreased by 7.2 times and has made 108.1 million KZT, or $899.8 thousand," the stock exchange informs.
