Kazakhstan government took measures on formation of stabilization grain funds and provision of agricultural producers with diesel oil

Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan undertook a number of measures on formation of stabilization grain funds and provision of agricultural producers with diesel fuel during autumn field works, the agency reports referring to the government's press service on Friday.
According to the press service, on Friday, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held the meeting concerning formation of stabilization funds of grain and provision of agricultural producers with diesel fuel during autumn field works.
The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan, Sauat Mynbayev, informed on signing of the memorandum, according to which subsoil users undertake to deliver indispensable volumes of raw material to oil refining factories according to the scheduled approved by the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry of Kazakhstan and manufacturers of mineral oil incur obligations on processing of delivered volumes of crude oil.
"According to the memorandum, suppliers of mineral oil undertake to provide manufacturers of grain with 389 thousand tons of diesel oil at the fixed prices during the period of autumn field works from July 1 till September 31, 2008. The Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry of Kazakhstan and Agriculture Ministry will control over loading of oil of all oil refining factories and the operative information on provision of the regions with diesel fuel," the government's press service informs.
The reached with subsoil users arrangements on increase of deliveries of oil to domestic market will allow expecting stabilization and some decrease of retail prices for diesel fuel, KZ government considers.
