Chairman of Department of Struggle against Economic and Corruption Criminality appointed in Northern Kazakhstan oblast

Kazakhstan Today - Sultan Nogayev has been appointed the chairman of Department of Struggle against Economic and Corruption Criminality in the Northern Kazakhstan oblast, the agency reports referring to the press service of oblast akim.
According to the press service, prior to the appointment S. Nogayev headed Department of Struggle against Economic and Corruption Criminality of Mangistau oblast. Since 1998 he worked in the president's administration.
According to the press service, S. Nogayev was born in 1953 in settlement Kum-Dag of Krasnovodsk region of Nebit-Dag oblast in Turkmenistan. He is the graduate of the Kazakh Polytechnical Institute, mining engineer, and Alma Aty Party School, political scientist.
