Reason of inefficient realization of state program of support of compatriots living abroad - its insufficient financing - Counting Committee

June 25. Kazakhstan Today - The main reason of inefficient realization of the State program of support of compatriots living abroad became its insufficient financing and absence of coordinating body. The chairman of Counting Committee of Kazakhstan Omarkhan Oksikbayev stated on Monday at the Senate plenary session, the agency reports.
According to O. Oksikbayev, 26 % of the planned sum has been allocated for realization of the program. "The planned sum was not sufficient for its complete realization," he said.
As a result, the questions of creation of favorable conditions for distribution of printed materials, preparation for training in educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakh diaspora living abroad, and creation of joint ventures with participation of capitals of the compatriots living abroad have not been decided.
