Kazakhstan Today - Following the results of the tenders of the shares at the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on June 2, 2008 KASE index increased by 5.14 items (0.2 %) - from 2654.89 up to 2660.03, the agency reports.
According to the stock exchange, the first transaction of the day registered the value of the index at the level of 2583.25. During the tenders maximum value of the index made 2612.30 and minimum - 2583.25.
"Volume of transactions of shares included in the representation index list, on June 2 in comparison with the last trading day in tenge equivalent has decreased by 2.8 times and has made 137.2 million KZT, or $1140 thousand," the stock exchange informs.
