Kazakhstan Today - Following the results of the tenders of the shares at the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on May 30, 2008 KASE index decreased by 13.90 items (0.5 %) - from 2668.79 up to 2654.89, the agency reports.
According to the stock exchange, the first transaction of the day registered the value of the index at the level of 2673.59. During the tenders maximum value of the index made 2676.83 and minimum - 2649.43.
"Volume of transactions of shares included in the representation index list, on May 30 in comparison with the last trading day in tenge equivalent has decreased by 24.3 times and has made 1260.7 million KZT, or $ 10 million 456 thousand," the stock exchange informs.
