"In Germany, the Minister of Internal Affairs is a disabled person in a wheelchair. In Great Britain - the Minister of Internal affairs was blind," G. Abdrakhimov noted.
"This is one of the shortcomings of civil service - we still have not created conditions for disabled people. I think we will need to take this into account in the project of the new concept of state civil service."
The agency chairman noted, "if citizens received education, if they have a diploma, they should have the right to work in state organizations."
