May 27. Kazakhstan Today - Conditions for people with limited abilities should be created in state organizations - Civil Service agency chairman Gabidulla Abdrakhimov informd the agency.
"In Germany, the Minister of Internal Affairs is a disabled person in a wheelchair. In Great Britain - the Minister of Internal affairs was blind," G. Abdrakhimov noted.
"This is one of the shortcomings of civil service - we still have not created conditions for disabled people. I think we will need to take this into account in the project of the new concept of state civil service."
The agency chairman noted, "if citizens received education, if they have a diploma, they should have the right to work in state organizations."
