Akimat of Kyzylorda oblast undergone personnel appointments

Kyzylorda. May 26. Kazakhstan Today - Akim of Kyzylorda oblast Bolatbek Kuandykov made the first personnel rearrangements on Friday, the agency reports referring to akimat press service.

According to the press service, Murat Mukhamedov has been appointed deputy akim of the oblast by the decree of akim of Kyzylorda oblast.

Muhamedov was born in 1957 in Kyzylorda oblast. In 1986 he graduated from the Kirov Kazakh State University, historian, teacher of History of Social Science, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor. In 1999 he graduated from Moscow International University of Business and Information Technology, Economist. In 2001 - Kazakh State Law Academy, jurisprudence.

In 1998 he was Director of Kyzylorda branch of Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. In 2001 - Director of Kyzylorda Humanitarian college. In 2005 - chairman of association Social Movement Tugan zher.

As the assistant akim of the oblast M. Muhamedov will supervise ideological and domestic policy and solve social problems of the region.

"Kuttykozha Idrisov has been dismissed from the post of assistant akim of the oblast and appointed for the post of chairman of Department of Finance of Kyzylorda oblast by the decree of akim of Kyzylorda oblast," akimat informed.

Ex-chairman of Finance Department Roman Musabekov has been appointed adviser of akim of Kyzylorda oblast.
