First congress of youth wing of Zhas Otan opened in Astana

Kazakhstan Today - The first congress of youth wing of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan - Zhas Otan with participation of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev opened in Astana, the agency reports.
The first vice chairman of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, vice chairman of the party Sergey Gromov, Parliament deputies, the leaders of the youth organizations of the country, representatives of youth organizations of foreign countries are taking part in the work of the congress.
The work of the congress will be directed at consolidation of youth forces of the society, discussion of the ways of realization of the objectives formulated in the Message of the President of Kazakhstan and his speech at the session of the Political Council of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan. "The strategy of youth wing Zhas Otan will be approved at the congress."
The party program of personnel reserve will be presented at the congress. The deputies plan to accept the charter of the youth wing Zhas Otan and to elect new structure of the Central Council Zhas Otan.
More than 300 delegates are taking part in the work of the congress.
