New akim of Kyzylorda oblast and Minister of Culture appointed in Kazakhstan

Astana. May 13. Kazakhstan Today - Bolatbek Kuandykov has been appointed akim of Kyzylorda oblast. Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has been appointed the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.

According to the press service, Kul-Mukhammed Mukhtar Abraruly has been appointed the Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan and has been dismissed from the post of akim of Kyzylorda oblast and special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Baikonur complex.

"Yertysbayev Yermuhamet Kabidinovich has been dismissed from the post of Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the president's decree in connection with transition to another work," the message informs.

According to the press service, "Kuandykov Bolatbek Bayanovich has been appointed akim of Kyzylorda oblast by the decree of the leader of the state and special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Baikonur complex.

Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed in different years held the post of deputy of Parliament, Minister of Culture and Information, the president's adviser and press secretary, deputy chairman of president's administration.

Bolatbek Kuandykov earlier worked in the National Bank, was the assistant akim of Kyzylorda oblast, Director of Department of Expenditure Planning of the bodies of the Ministry of Economics and Budgetary Planning, Vice Minister of Emergency Measures, as well as the state inspector of Department of State Control and Personnel Department of the president's administration.
