Astana. March 20. Kazakhstan Today - The National Democratic Party Nur Otan recommends the government to develop the bill on support of alternative energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur Otan stated at the session of the round table on Important Issues of Energy Economy in Kazakhstan, which took place in Astana in the Central board of Nur Otan Party on Wednesday, the agency reports.

The main objective of the event became realization of the provisions of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2008 - Increase of Well-Being of Citizens of Kazakhstan - the main objective of the state policy, as well as execution of the pre-election platform of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan regarding development of non- raw sector and energy industry.

"The participants of the round table accepted the resolution reflecting the main ways of solution of the problems of energy economy and prospects of development of the branch taking into account international experience. It is recommended to the government of Kazakhstan to develop the bill on support of alternative energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to strengthen development of the normative legal acts in this sphere with the view of further development of energy economy branches," the press service informs.

S. Gromov, vice chairman of Nur Otan Party, the Secretary of the Central body of the party M. Erman, the Minister of Environment Protection N. Iskakov, Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources D. Turganov, Vice Minister of Industry and Commerce E. Mamytbekov, the chairmen of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, the national companies КEGOC, Kazakhstan Temir zholy, Samgau, the deputies of the Parliament of Kazahstan, Federation of Trade Unions, the Union of Power Engineering specialists of Kazakhstan, the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan, the nongovernmental organizations and other interested parties took part in the work of the round table.
