Session of Azerbaijan -Turkmen intergovernmental commission to take place in Baku

March 5. Kazakhstan Today -Turkmenistan governmental delegation will arrive in Baku tomorrow to participate in the session of bilateral intergovernmental commission, the agency reports referring to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
According to the foreign policy department, the delegation will be headed by vice chairman of the cabinet of ministers of Turkmenistan Hydyr Saparlyev. The structure of the governmental delegation also includes vice chairman of the cabinet of ministers of Turkmenistan, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.
During the meeting the parties will discuss the questions regarding promissory notes of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan, and cooperation between foreign policy departments of two states. Following the results of the session, the intergovernmental agreement between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan will be signed.
As it was informed earlier, the debt of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan makes $44 million 800 thousand. As the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov said at the expanded session of the cabinet of ministries taken place on March 3, "after repayment of the debt by the Azerbaijan party this sum will be directed for needs of the educational reform in Turkmenistan, in particular, on purchase of computer technology and multimedia equipment."
