Nazarbayev charged to render necessary help to victims in South Kazakhstan

Astana. February 29. Kazakhstan Today - The leader of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev received akim of the South-Kazakhstan oblast Nurgali Ashimov, the agency reports referring to the president's press service on Thursday.

According to the press service, "akim informed the President that, as a result of the natural disaster in the South-Kazakhstan oblast, 48 settlements have been damaged. According to the official data, 2 thousand apartment houses and 7 schools have been flooded and 13 thousand people's houses have been destroyed.

At the briefing after the negotiations akim of the oblast informed that the leader of the state charged to render help to all victims, and to allocate from the republican and local budgets the sufficient funds for restoration of houses, schools, medical institutions, electric and gas mains.
