Kazakhstan Today - Majilis deputies approved the bill on ratification of the agreement on creation of uniform system of technical protection of railways of CSTO member states and the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement on creation of uniform system of technical covering of railways of CSTO member states at the plenary session on Wednesday.
"The agreement was signed with objective of acceptance of further practical measures on maintenance of comprehensive preparation of railways of CSTO member states for stable and uninterrupted functioning and realization of transportation of cargoes," the conclusion of Majilis committee for International Affairs, Defense and Security.
The agreement was signed on April, 28, 2003 in Dushanbe.
The bill has been forwarded to the Senate.
