Kazakhstan Today - Following the results of the tenders of the actions at the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on February 5, 2008 KASE index increased by 4.83 items (0.2 %) - from 2635.19 up to 2640.02, the agency reports.
According to the stock exchange, the first transaction of the day registered the value of an index at the level of 2637.75. During the tenders maximum value of the index made 2662.07 and minimum - 2633.46.
Volume of shares transactions included in the representation list of index, on February 5 in comparison with the last trading day in tenge equivalent has increased by 12 times and has made 3834.3 million KZT, or $31million 859.9 thousand.
