Ministry of Justice developed recommendations on preparation and registration of concepts and bills

Astana. February 5. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan has developed methodical recommendations on preparation and registration of concepts and projects of laws, the agency reports referring to the Ministry of Justice press service.

Quality of laws is understood as its conformity to public needs and ability to provide regulation of public relations according to the objectives of the legislator. Thus, there are thee aspects of quality of the law: social, political and legal," the press service informed.

In these directions the Ministry of Justice had developed methodical recommendations on preparation and registration of concepts and projects of laws of Kazakhstan. Development of methodical recommendations was conducted for more than two years.

In particular, methodical recommendations on forecasting consequences of acceptance of normative legal acts, which allow estimating possible negative social and economic consequences of acceptance of normative legal acts at the earliest stage of development of the project, have been developed.
