The chair of the department of the state control for emergencies and industrial security of Karaganda oblast Kairbek Kuykabayev has been dismissed by the decree of the Emergency Minster.
According to vice minister, the new program of modernization of all service of the emergency situations is being now developed that includes the issues, such as measures of improvement of the mechanism of management, equipment, as well as development of rescue services, in particular, creation of rescue centers in Kazakhstan.
