Kazakhstan government, EurAsEC ratified agreement

Astana. November 28. Kazakhstan Today - The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law on ratification of the agreement between the government of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Community on the conditions of stay of EurAsEC Integration committee on the territory of Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.

As it was informed earlier, the agreement stipulates the conditions of stay of the EurAsEC Integration Committee on the territory of Kazakhstan. According to the document, the Integration committee has been granted an exemption from direct taxes and tax collections, duties and other payments imposed on the territory of Kazakhstan, except for the payment for specific kind of services.

The agreement was signed on January 25, 2002 in Almaty.
