Vice chairman of State Council of China to visit Kazakhstan - MFA

Astana. November 6. Kazakhstan Today - The fourth session of the Kazakhstan-Chinese Committee on cooperation, being the main coordinating and directing body of bilateral interaction, will take place on November 8 in Astana, the press secretary of foreign policy department of Kazakhstan Ilyas Omarov stated during the traditional press-briefing in Astana on Monday.

"Kazakhstan delegations will be headed by vice Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeev, Chinese - vice Prime Minister of the State Council at the negotiations," I. Omarov noted.

According to the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, during the visit the meetings with the country leaders and bilateral negotiations of the co-chairmen of profile subcommittees have been planned.

"During the session the work of the 10th Kazakhstan-Chinese subcommittees in different spheres will be summed up and in the joint commission on use and protection of trans boundary rivers," I. Omarov explained, having added, that "the main goals of the following stage of work of the Committee on cooperation in trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian, financial spheres, in areas of energy, transport and communications, sciences and technology, safety, geology and protection of subsoil, customs business will be defined.

Upon the end of the session the parties plan to sign the protocol and of some other documents, the MFA representative concluded.
