Kazakhstan Today - Vice chairman of Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, the chairman of fraction of Nur Otan Party Bakhytzhan Zhumagulov met the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Tetsuo Ito, the agency reports referring to the Majilis press service.
According to the press service, B. Zhumagulov informed T. Ito on the activity of the party in new conditions, the goals set to the deputy corps by Nur Otan Party chairman, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, the results of the first stage of realization of strategy Kazakhstan-2030. He informed that in the beginning of 2008, according to the mutual arrangement and by the invitation of the Japanese party, the party delegation of Nur Otan plans to pay official visit to Japan.
In his turn, T. Ito noted the role of Kazakhstan as a dynamically developing state, occupying leading position in the region.
The parties emphasized mutual aspiration to development of the Kazakhstan-Japanese relations on all range of political, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, the Majilis press service informs.
