Kazakhstan vice Internal Affairs Minister met US representative of Department of State

Astana. October 22. Kazakhstan Today - Vice Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Alik Shpekbayev met the USA State Department executive for monitoring and counteracting human trafficking Brittany Brown on Saturday in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the center of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan informed the agency.

According to the press service, the parties discussed the issues of counteraction to human trafficking, joint state programs and the programs performed by the nongovernmental organizations on rendering assistance to victims of violence, the condition, prospects of further cooperation of law enforcement bodies of two countries and struggle against these kinds of crimes.

"Vice Minister acquainted the guest with the main directions of the activity of law-enforcement bodies of Kazakhstan, having noted priorities in development of Kazakhstan police," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan informed.
