Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov charged the Ministry of Finance to study the possibility of purchase of ready commercial housing from the construction companies for its realization within the limits of the state program of development of housing construction. The PM gave the assignment on Tuesday at the government session, the agency reports.
Earlier, at the session, the Minister of Industry and Commerce Gayle Orazbakov offered akimats of Astana, Almaty and Atyrau, accounting for 80 % of commercial constructing housing in the Republic, "to purchase already constructed apartments at the price of $700 - 800 for squire meter (a net cost of square meter of the housing, including, according to the information of the Industry Ministry, expenses for purchase of the land area and infrastructure from the construction companies.
"It will allow construction companies to receive income and the state will be able to realize apartments at the prices established by the state program."
