August 27. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov visited a number of under construction objects in Astana, the agency reports.
During the trip the Prime Minister familiarized with the course of construction of the housing complex, business center Moscow and a shopping center St. Petersburg, a exhibition-entertaining complex with the Expo-center Astana, office building of Kazakhstan Temir zholy Company and trading-entertaining shopping center Khan Shatyry.
While visiting the objects, in particular, the business center Moscow, shopping center St. Petersburg and the center Expo-center Astana, the Prime Minister drew attention of the contractors to the necessity of finishing these objects by the 10th anniversary of the capital, that is by July 6, 2008.
In his turn, the General Director of Astana Expo Company Ruslan Dusaliyev reminded that the term of delivery of the object was initially scheduled for 2009, however, as he said, "the negotiations are being carried out with a number of companies ready to finance the works of this object." "We will try to finish it in 2008," he noted.
