Kazakhstan Today - The Central Election Commission accredited 18 observers from OSCE mission and issued them the certificates for the extraordinary elections of Majilis deputies, the agency reports.
"I am assured that our cooperation at forthcoming elections will be productive," the Chairman of OSCE/ODIHR mission Lubomir Kopay emphasized during the meeting with the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Turgankulov.
"Our mission will observe the elections professionally and impartially according to the OSCE principles and mandate," L. Kopay promised. "We do not have any biases and we will do our best to provide truthful estimation of the forthcoming elections," he noted.
