"As the guarantor of the Constitution, I will make every effort that forthcoming elections are independent and fair," N. Nazarbayev stated today at the extraordinary congress of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan.
"I am confident that our party will receive support of the majority of the population in open and fair struggle. We will prove that we are the leading force that guides the country to prosperity. I know that Kazakhstan citizens will give their votes only to that party whose words do not go apart with its actions - Nur Otan," the President emphasized.
