Nazarbayev signed amendments to Budgetary Code

Astana. July 2. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law on amendments and additions to the Budgetary Code of Kazakhstan, the norms of which improve budgetary relations, the president's press service informed on Friday.

As it was informed earlier, the amendments have been introduced with the purpose of distinction of oil and non-oil revenue and its duly transfer to the National Fund.

The introduced amendments extend the concept oil income. If now the incomes are defined by the norms of the concept of the National fund as revenue from extraction and realization of crude oil and gas condensate, the amendments offer to define them as revenue from oil operations including the works on exploration, extraction and realization of oil and gas condensate.
