Kazakhstan PM charged to conduct audit of licenses for manufacture and distribution of electric and thermal energy

Astana. June 26. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov charged the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies to conduct audit in the sphere of licensing of the companies engaged in manufacture and distribution of electric and thermal energy, the agency reports.

The Kazakhstan PM charged the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources along with associations of the corresponding branches to conduct audit of licenses for manufacture and distribution of electric and thermal energy used in electric power industry and to make proposals on their improvement.

The Prime Minister charged to prepare the project of the government decree on toughening of licenses requirements.
