The Minister of Justice Zagipa Baliyeva emphasized earlier presenting the bill in the Parliament that the norms define the status of the government as a collective body.
"The status assumes the responsibility of all government for the made decisions, therefore, the bill stipulates acceptance of the governmental orders by the majority of voices of the general number of the government members," the Minister explained.
"One of the objectives of the government is realization of legal reform," Z. Baliyeva informed.
She noted "the bill stipulates the amendments defining procedure of expression of confidence to the government by newly elected structure of Majilis of the Parliament, the responsibility of the government to the Parliament, the right of the President to cancellation and suspension of the Prime Minister's acts."
