May 18. Kazakhstan Today - In Shymkent the trial on the case of mass HIV infection of children completed the interrogation of witnesses, the agency reports.
"We almost finished interrogation of witnesses," the Chairman Ziyadinhan Pirniyaz informed today at the morning session.
According to the Chairman, four more witnesses need to be interrogated. One of the witnesses is in Astana, another works in Kumkol and will arrive on May 30, the third is sick, but has sent the letter that confirms the evidence given during the preliminary investigation, the fourth witness's whereabouts is unknown. Z.Pirniayz addressed the process participants with the question whether they object completion of interrogation of witnesses according to the basic list. The parties have agreed.
The court will proceed to consideration of the materials of the case.
